Hey beautiful soul,

This isn’t your typical “check out my thing” email.

Because the truth is…
I didn’t create Build Your Escape Plan and Sacred Visibility from a shiny, empowered, boss-babe place.

I created them from rock bottom.

From a place of paralyzing fear.
From panic attacks in the closet while my kids watched cartoons in the other room.
From the exhaustion of walking on eggshells, never knowing when the next blow-up would come.
From the kind of hypervigilance that makes your own thoughts feel like enemies.

I didn’t build these programs because I wanted to start a business.
I built them because I didn’t want another woman to feel as alone as I did when I was trying to survive, escape, and rebuild.

See, leaving isn’t just about packing a bag and driving off.
It’s dodging spyware and bank account freezes.
It’s the spy-level manipulation that makes you doubt your own memory.
It’s praying for strength when you’re down to fumes.

Even after I escaped, I still didn’t feel safe to speak.
My voice was buried under years of conditioning—dim your light, shrink yourself, stay small, stay safe.

That’s why Sacred Visibility had to be born.
Because freedom isn’t just walking away—it’s showing up in your own life, unapologetically.

It’s saying: This is me. I made it. I’m still here. And I have something to say.

And maybe… just maybe… so do you.
